70% people failed to lose weight, because they focusing to the wrong things.
losing weight is not always about what you eat but more about what you don't eat.
would you believe if, I tell you, I can show you the easy way how to eat more and loose  more?

Eat a healthy food  with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.If you need to lose weight, choose a well balanced diet such as Weight Watchers, rather than a fad diet.Use low-fat milk-dairy products in eating. Mostly eat fruits and vegetables that are currently available in-season. In lose weight diet you can not eat calories, saturated fats, cholesterol, sodium, and sugar. Daily maintain a  physical activity that achieves fitness and balances energy expenditure with calorie intake.
