To Add a Custom Internet Explorer Window Title:
1. Open registry (Start -> Run -> type ''regedit.exe")
2. Find following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
3.  add a String value named "Window Title" to the key.

Supported by IE3, IE4, IE5, IE6 (most likely by IE7 also)

Example:
if you change it to "My Company Name" then titles in IE would appear as "current page title - My Company Name".
