cPanel/WHM Account Creator for Reseller

I put in a new domain new
create user name
and all other info
I put in correct info in the php file-- 
whm user name
and password.
and i keep getting the error below

Strange it says localhost:2087 in error message, while script is coded to try connecting via 2086. Did you change it to be so?
Also I tried to login into cPanel using useraname/password you posted (BTW: i stripped them from your post for security) and it worked. Were those your WHM login/password? You should mention new user login/password rather than WHM credentials on the WHM Account Creator form.
I could not find cwa/cwa.php file to analyze what could be wrong.
