Salesforce is one of the most popular CRM (customer relationship management) Solution. To make your online presence more effective, I would like to refer integration of eAssistance Pro live chat software on website. It is an advanced and easy to integrate live chat solution. To integrate eAssistance Pro with SalesForce follow the given instruction below -

1: Login at eAssistance Pro account from https://account.eassistancepro.com/login.php
2: Go to 'My Account' and Click on 'Get Your Chat Button Code' option to copy the give HTML code.
3: Login to your Salesforce administrator panel >> browse to 'Component manager' section.
