but i want to assign cpanel to the subdomain i created.

this is what i actually want....

1)user registers on my site requesting subdomain ----------> request comes to my mail(completed)

2)i manually create subdomain and create a FTP user with the same subdomain and assign a folder

like  myfolder.site.com to site.com/myfolder

and assign user with username "myfolder"
(completed)

3) THE QUESTION Sad

cPanel should be assigned automatically to that subdomain when created via WHM interface. Maybe you are creating subdomain using cPanel interface rather than cPanel/WHM interface?

Note the difference between subdomain created in cPanel and WHM:

1) subdomain (new user account) created in cPanel/WHM will assign cPanel to that account.
Script to create subdomain with its own cPanel: cPanel/WHM Account Creator

2) subdomain created in cPanel will NOT assign separate cPanel account to that subdomain.
Script to create subdomain without its own cPanel: cPanel Subdomains Creator
