Is this an illegal form of advertising?
Okay, so I'm 14 and I've been using this site called FreebieJeebies, and to get my free item, which in this case is an iPhone 4 - 32GB SIM FREE, I have to get 29 referrals, which basically means I have to get 29 people to sign up at this link

No its not completely illegal but you have to advertise the your product by the completely and properly legal way.
