Great product! However I need a little coaching, please.
It seems very hit-and-miss as to when the login.php page displays; otherwise it just displays a blank page.  If I clear my browser cache and load the login page it loads about 50% of the time.  If I don't clear the cache it never loads.  Any idea why the inconsistency?

Also, why is the tag line: <?php include("/home/rmevans5/public_html/caaprotected/login.php"); ?> required on the top of the protected page?
I was hoping that by just calling up that page the login page would automatically be called and displayed.  However, if I pull up the protected page it displays without requiring any login information (which makes it unsecured).  If I pull up the login page and login with the proper credentials, it does eventually go to the page that is spelled out in the manager.php setup.

It seems like I am missing an important step somewhere, or else this is not as secure as I had hoped.

Login page display issue: could i look at it online?

As for another question, you have to include a line into every file you want to be protected. When user opens url in browser, that included line checks if credentials were taken from user, if yes - let user pass, if not - login form should pop up. This means that each file which does not include protection line at the top is not actually protected and can be accessed without a password.

If it is not working as i described above - maybe you have it setup in the wrong way.
