Error with PHP

I used this script:

and it worked great, but I get an error called: "Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/bcpsdvtm/public_html/employee.php:1) in /home/bcpsdvtm/public_html/password_protect.php  on line 138"

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Most likely employee.php has some text/whitespace on line 1 before password protector. Some editors add invisible whitespace. To fix, download free Notepad++ from http://notepad-plus-plus.org, open employee.php in it, select menu->Encoding->Convert to UTF-8 without BOM and save
