Warning: file_get_contents with cPanel WHM Account Creator (Reseller account)

Dear, have a reseller account and now i get this Warning: file_get_contents error!

The script sometimes works bus after hours stop and get the errors! sometimes when i go to log i get another a Brute force locked error.

My Cpanel info is:

cPanel 11.25.0-S43473 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9
CENTOS 5.4 i686 virtuozzo on sv1021

I will try to add a parameter the avoid brute force login by add a hash key (using CPanel WHM API)

You can find you whm hash when you login into your whm account clickong on "Setup Remote Access Key" link.
