Password Protect Advanced Question

Hello,

I am trying to use Password Protect Advanced to Protect a Proxy, the Proxy is Glype.
I have added that line of code that it mentions in manager.php, and then when you add that code and login, it does not enter the page.
Am I doing something wrong to make it not go onto the page?
It is on the very top line, and I am doing everything to the best of my knowledge.

Please could you reply and explain this to me.
