In our life, we can't avoid our self from stress, depression, anxiety
and other health problems. These don't cause you physical problems
these health problems are almost invisible and will burden your life
for a long time. Don't let stress, depression, and anxiety take over
your wonderful life. Recognize all the symptoms and how to cure those

stress management

Hello buddy
I  totally agree , we should take care of ourselves. To avoid stress just go for a walk , do yoga , watching fishes in aquarium do help a lot.
