I have been using the "Smart File Download" script on my site for two years and it has worked perfectly until my service provider changed us to another server. It is now running on PHP 5.2.9. The last PHP version was 5. something so I don't think moving to a higher version would effect this.
The script runs and executes the download but won't update the log file. I have had a few conversations with the support people and they say it is a script problem. I don't think it is, as nothing has changed with the files or directories. I'm wondering if it is a option that has been turned "off" or "on" in the PHP software that would cause this to happen. The bottom line is that it won't update the log file and they say it a script problem.
