portrait/landscape

Hi,
the script works like a charm. With one exception: Somehow, when I use big images as sources (3.0 MB and up), every image processed is landscape, no matter if the input was portrait or not. Or am I missing something in the usage?

Oh my god,
forget about it! It was the image, because it was turned into portrait with some program that apparently only manipulated the exif-data, not the image itself.... Big mistake! Shame on me.
