Script does not work in ie7

Just wondering if anyone else has problems with this script running in ie7? All appears to work fine but I end up with a 0 byte file downloaded. Process is fine in ie6 and firefox?

oops, maybe posted that a little previously 

Have found my script was sending a 0 byte filesize which ie6 and firefox were kindly overlooking so if anyone else notices problems with ie7 check your filesize before blaming the code.
