Unfortunately we do not have such script. cPanel Email Creator can only create accounts on YOUR server (where you have hosting account), not some third party server. The script you need is very specific. Would suggest posting a project on freelance sites.

If you find a hosting company which provides cPanel and allows to create a lot of email accounts.
