corrupt zip downloads

Hi,

I have been using this script for a long while now, but as of yesterday, I can no longer extract the zip files that are downloaded (the archive is either in unknown format or damaged) ... I'm sure it's not the script that is at fault, and I have read that thread that has the same issue with pdf's, but to no avail... any ideas?

as a side note.... if I use the direct download link... ie, www.mysite.com/zipfie.zip   the file downloads fine, but if i use the download.php script, the download will not extract...

How big corrupted is that zip file? Could you send me good one and corrupted one to admin a t zubrag.com?  I suspect some extra characters are added at the beginning of the file.

Hi,

it makes no odds what size the file is... if i just zip up a text file and use that, same thing happens. I tried to email you, but the emails kep bouncing back.

It is throwing error into zip file:

In order to fix, you either have to enable set_time_limit function (best), or remove "set_time_limit" reference from download.php (not good, as bigger files may be processed incorrectly because of time out)
