downloaded the script, unzipped, uploaded thru my ftp into a sub-folder and also to my public_html folder.
example:http://www.hal-pc.org/~********/password/password_protect.php ("******" is my account name)
and http://www.hal-pc.org/~*********/password_protect.php
when I enter the URL into Firefox: http://www.hal-pc.org/~*********/password/password_protect.php?help
it just brings up the log in page, no code like you have described
(example: <?php include("/home/newday/domains/newdaycommunity.com/public_html/password_protect.php"); ?> )
if I log in with changed user name and password, it logs onto a blank page.
I Contacted my ISP to see if they support ".PHP", but have not received an answer yet. I know they use Apache 1.3.22 Server
