subdomain creation

When i am creating subdomains it is giving errors and it is not creating any subdomains

i got
   HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found Server: cpsrvd/10.9.6 Connection: close Content-type: text/html 404 Not Found Not Found The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/x/subdomain/doadddomain.html) you requested Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this error to your webhost. cpsrvd/10.9.6 Server at localhost

above error.

i have changed script but it is giving plain page it is not giving any message and not creating any sub domain
please explain the script.

Did you specify correct cPanel theme in the script? Please check tutorial on how to get cPanel theme.

   my subdomain is created thank you. i was mistake at giving cpanel theme. but when i typed that url it is not coming it displaying page cann't display. what is that now what i want do
